Growing up I always enjoyed going to the Ice cream man and buying one of those amazing strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, the mouthwatering strawberry and vanilla crumble wrapped around the ice cream was an amazing childhood memory I definitely enjoyed. I have created a wonderfully chewy rice krispy treat covered in my homemade strawberry shortcake crumble that will have you coming back for more.
